We hope you love your Pasandida pieces—but if there’s an issue, here’s how we handle it:

Eligibility:

• Returns or exchanges are only accepted for damaged, broken, or wrong items.
• The complaint must be raised within 24 hours of delivery, with an unboxing video and clear photos.
• Once the return/exchange/damaged product is received it will be inspected and the return/exchange/damaged will be delivered within 2 days
