Is this real silver jewellery?
Nope—but it’ll make you look twice. Our pieces are silver-lookalikes crafted with a premium finish. They’re lightweight, stunning, and much more affordable—10x more gorgeous, 10x less expensive.
What if I don’t receive my order or it’s lost?
Once we ship your order, you’ll receive a tracking link. If your parcel gets delayed or lost in transit, just let us know within 7 days, and we’ll help you with a solution—resend or refund.
Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, we only ship within India. However, international shipping is something we’re actively exploring and hope to offer in the near future. Stay tuned!
How do I care for the jewellery?
Keep the glow going:
- Avoid contact with water, perfume, and sweat.
- Store in the pouch we provide.
- Wipe gently after wear with a soft cotton cloth.
What if my jewellery arrives damaged?
We pack with love, but if something arrives broken or defective, share an unboxing video and photos within 24 hours of receiving the order. We’ll replace or refund it for you.
Can I change my order after placing it?
You can edit or cancel your order within 2 hours of purchase. After that, it enters processing and we won’t be able to make changes.
